All medicines are dispensed only after doctor consultation. Opened or used medicines are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong medicine is delivered (different from what was ordered)
Product is damaged or tampered with during transit
Expired or defective product received

2. Conditions for Return

You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the order.
The product must be in its original sealed packaging with intact tamper-proof seal.
Return request must be supported with clear photos and unboxing video (if required).
Opened, partially used, or repacked medicines will not be accepted for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Any medicine that has been opened or consumed
Products returned after 3 days of delivery
Change of mind after consultation and dispatch
Medicines ordered after doctor consultation (personalized)
Damaged products due to improper handling by customer

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the returned product (in original sealed condition), the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. Only the cost of the medicine will be refunded if the return is approved.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of wrong or damaged product, we will replace the item with the correct one after verification. Replacement will be shipped after receiving the returned item.
